Pharmanutra publishes its 2025 Sustainability Report
A growth journey that is becoming increasingly integrated and responsible, built over time through shared choices, investments and commitment.
With the publication of its 2025 Sustainability Report, Pharmanutra reaffirms its commitment to long-term value creation by presenting a business model that increasingly integrates innovation, people, environmental responsibility and engagement with local communities.
Prepared on a voluntary basis in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and subject to a limited assurance review, the Report represents another important milestone in the Group’s ESG journey, confirming its commitment to increasingly transparent and robust sustainability reporting, even in the absence of mandatory disclosure requirements.
Sustainability starts with people
The Group’s growth continues to be driven by the expertise, wellbeing and engagement of its people. Throughout 2025, Pharmanutra further strengthened its corporate welfare system by expanding employee initiatives and introducing new incentive schemes designed to recognise both individual and collective contributions, reinforcing an organisational model built on responsibility and shared growth.
Innovation and sustainability: moving forward together
During 2025, the Group launched the process to obtain ISO 14001 environmental certification, signed agreements for the supply of renewable energy and, in collaboration with the University of Pisa, developed a pilot Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) project focused on the production chain of SiderAL® r.m.. These initiatives contribute to making the environmental impact of the Group’s activities increasingly measurable while supporting continuous improvement.
Growing together with local communities
For Pharmanutra, sustainability also means creating value beyond the company itself. The Group continues to invest in partnerships with universities, scientific research, cultural initiatives and sports projects, reinforcing a vision of development in which the relationship with local communities is an integral part of the company’s identity.
Looking ahead
The 2025 Sustainability Report is more than a review of the activities carried out during the year. It reflects the evolution of a long-term journey that continues to grow stronger over time. The initiatives developed throughout 2025 provide the foundation for the Group’s future ESG objectives and the upcoming 2027–2030 Sustainability Plan, supporting Pharmanutra’s commitment to building an increasingly responsible, innovative and value-driven business.
