Raffaele Ripa graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Turin in 1992, and in the same year qualified to practise as a Chartered Accountant. He registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants in 1993 and with the Register of Auditors (now Register of Statutory Auditors) in 1999. In 2014, he also enrolled in the official list of Auditors for Local Authorities.
Since graduating, he has continuously practised as a Chartered Accountant. In 2007, he co-founded the professional firm “Ripa, Blandino, Rizzello & Associati”.
Raffaele Ripa specialises in accounting, tax and corporate consultancy, and has over ten years of experience in business management and administration, as well as in roles as consultant, statutory auditor, and legal auditor. He currently serves as an active member of several Boards of Statutory Auditors and Boards of Directors.

Having graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Pisa in 1993, in 1997, after qualifying as a chartered accountant, he exercised the profession as owner of the associated professional firm “Marchetti Cecconi Campora Rotunno”.
From 1996 to 2002 he lectured in commercial law at the University of Pisa, faculty of Economics and Business; in 1999 he registered as an Auditor (today with the Register of Legal Auditors) and since 2013 has been a member of the “Insolvency Proceedings” study commission of the Board of Chartered and Public Accountants in Pisa.
Giuseppe Rotunno is an expert in tax, accounting, administrative, financial and corporate consulting, providing his services mainly to joint-stock companies. He also provides consulting services and assistance to local public service providers as well as for business crisis and insolvency proceedings. He is a member of several boards of auditors and boards of directors, also holding the role of receiver and company liquidator.

After graduating in Economics and Business from the University of Pisa in 1995, she registered with the Board of Chartered and Public Accountants in Pisa in 1999, beginning her professional career in the Mazars Group.
From 2000 to 2004 she held the role of Operations Manager for the Corporate Finance activities of Central Italy for ERNST & YOUNG Financial Business Advisor S.p.A.; in 2005 she began consulting in the Corporate Finance area for businesses, investment funds and credit institutions. Over the years, Debora Mazzaccherini has held many roles as consultant and advisor for organisations including MP Venture and SICI, Merchant di Filiera S.p.A., Fiditoscana S.p.A. Studio Prof. Giulio Andreani and Nobel Partners Advisory S.r.l.
She lectured at the Master’s Programme in Corporate Finance at IPSOA, Milan (2006-2008) and has been a member of the Board of Auditors of several companies.

Graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Florence in 1995, and registered with the Board of Chartered and Public Accountants in Pisa in 1999. In 2000, he registered with the “Register of Legal Auditors”, in 2001 with the Register of Court-Appointed Experts at the Court of Pisa and, finally, in 2016 with the Register of Appraisers, again at the Court of Pisa.
He has been a Chartered Accountant since 1999, as partner of Studio Professionale Associato.
Alessandro Lini boasts expertise in business consulting, management control and tax consulting, also acting as a technical expert witness in corporate disputes and arbitration cases. In addition to working as a receiver in bankruptcy cases, over the years he has been a speaker at events on business organisation, ethics and professional practice and insolvency proceedings, also working with several sector journals and newspapers.

Elena Pro is an expert in tax, corporate and accounting consulting, business evaluation and company acquisitions and sales. In addition to holding roles as Receiver, court appointed administrator, Court-appointed Liquidator and Liquidator for over-indebtedness proceedings, over the years she has worked more and more as auditor for many companies.

Cecilia Andreoli earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2004. Since 2009, she has been a member of the Modena Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, as well as the Register of Statutory Auditors. In 2012, she was also registered with the List of Court-Appointed Technical Experts (C.T.U.) at the Modena Court.
Since 2005, Cecilia Andreoli has been practising as a Chartered Accountant and, since 2014, she has been the Principal of “Studio Andreoli” in Maranello (MO). Over the years, she has held various roles within the Modena Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, first as a member of the Equal Opportunities Committee and later as part of the Taxation Study Commission.
She currently serves as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors / Supervisory Body in several companies.
